Arjun Madhusudhanan has over 25 years of diverse job experience in a variety of industries and places. Prior to establishing his own consulting firm.
He led a well-established pan-Indian audit group (T R Chadha & Co) and was instrumental in establishing their UAE operations in 2008.
Parul Parikh
Associate Director- Business Development
Parul Parikh has over 15 years of business expertise in various sectors and profiles. Prior to heading this profile, she was a director in facility management and allied industry.
She has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including facilities management, pharmaceutical packaging, investment, and consulting.
Mohit Sharma
Associate Director - Consulting
Mohit Sharma has over ten years of expertise in Oil & Gas (Petrofac), Audit, and Consulting (Deloitte, KPMG & PKF).
He specializes in financial analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, and valuation, and has extensive experience in EMEA.
Prabhash Agarwal

Prabhash Agarwal has over 15 years of accounting and auditing expertise (including 12 years in the UAE).
He specializes in internal audits, stock and asset verification, financial statement creation, MIS reports, and SOP. SAP knowledge (FICO module)
Lijo Mathew

Lijo Mathew has over 13 years of experience in accounting, finance, and internal audits (including 11 years in the UAE).
He specializes in accounts, finance, and cash flow management, as well as the production of charts of accounts based on the nature of the business, internal audits, MIS reporting, and junior accountant training.
Hemant Nainani

Hemant Nainani has over 11 years of experience in compliance and corporate services (including 9 years in the UAE).
He specializes in company formation (mainland, free zone, and offshore companies), corporate restructuring, visa services (investor, employment, dependent, and golden visas), and corporate bank account establishment.
The firm is also supported by specialized on IT, Charted Engineers, Charted Valuers, Legal and in other technical areas. The professionals associated with the firm are highly trained, experienced and have in depth knowledge in their domain of work.

Richard Munyaneza
A highly experienced Ugandan Economist and Financial Analyst with over 36 years of professional experience. His career path began as a military officer before transitioning into a role as a United Nations International civil servant.
He currently serves as the Managing Director of Southgate Properties Ltd in Uganda and also holds positions on several for-profit and non-profit organizations. He is a Non–Executive Director of Ecobank Uganda Limited. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting, both from Makerere University, Uganda
Vijay Sajjanhar
A highly experienced business leader with expertise in strategic business and financial management, operational performance improvement, and business planning.
He has over 30 years of experience across various geographies, having worked for companies such as Dubai Sport City, Emaar, Ansal Properties, Bharti Airtel, Mawana Sugar, and A F Ferguson.
He currently running an investment company in Mauritius and serves as an angel investors and advisor to multiple companies; Cambridge alumni who attended Wharton Business School for various programs, including ESG.
